Donations

General Terms

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more
• We reserve the right to use donations where they are most needed unless otherwise specified
• Donations are processed securely through our payment partners

Raffle Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase raffle tickets
• You must be a resident of Manitoba, Canada
• Employees and immediate family members of Victoria Hospital Foundation are not eligible to win

• Valid Period: July 17, 2025 to May 30, 2026
• Issued to: Victoria General Hospital Foundation Inc.

Ticket Purchase

• Tickets may be purchased online, by phone, or in person
• All sales are final and non-refundable
• Payment must be received before ticket numbers are assigned
• You will receive confirmation of your ticket numbers via email

Draw Procedures

• Draws will be conducted at Victoria General Hospital on specified dates and times
• Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw
• Winners' names may be published on our website and social media
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification

Prize Claim

• Winners must provide valid identification to claim prizes
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
• Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with prizes
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 30 days

Limitation of Liability

Victoria Hospital Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content on this website.
